I only know in early September I slept really well on this thing. Pad only, light sleeping bag. The tarp was just big enough to keep the rain off, if it had started blowing in I would have had to lower the tarp.
I sleep really well in this thing.
Yeah, I think my first RRA was about 75.00. Shot it for a while and liked it enough to go buy another. Went back to the same shop and he was getting out of the AR accessories game, had them on sale for 65. Bought 3.
They work well in large frame DPMS too, once you knock .030” off the tip...
Definitely a thing. Something metal bridges the + and - terminal, fuses itself to the terminals and off to the race.
I had an electrician working for me start a fire in the bed of his truck that way.
He was hauling a load of job trash to a dumpster, along with a couple of “dead” 12v batteries...
It looked real on the road side, until you watched it for a minute. It had the remote control head just looking left and right. Decent 6x rack.
It was off a heavy travel paved road, and CPW had set up around the corner.
The back side of it was shredded lol. The road side looked good.
CPW loves an ambush. They thought my camera flash was a suppressed gun when I stopped at their roboelk and took pics. In a mad minute my truck was surrounded with drawn guns, screaming at me to drop the gun.
I asked one of them to take my pic with robo elk, I was told to leave...
Hey Ucs, I’m guessing that supply line goes into the crawl space?
I put a shut off in my crawl, with a regular hose bib in between the shut off and the exterior. It lets me drain the last bit of water from that PBV into the crawler.
I’m an electrician, not a plumber but my propane torch has worked well on all the pipe I’ve soldered. Clean the copper bright, I fluxed, heated and the solder just went right in.
I bought 3 of the old stealth cams used here from another member. 25 bucks apiece. They just work, although one has been raked off a tree by an elk and another got chewed by a bear.
i got lots of pics of everything but didn’t see the need to keep using them.
