Which load?
I have never had a problem with ELD-X from 100 yards to 600. They may ruin more meat than some but kill the animal ethically and quickly, which means the most to me. Have had good luck with Accubonds at longer ranges. -

MT Elk Report
I just got back on the 22nd from central MT, they had just started talking a little. A lot more broke up in small bunches than the previous 6 years I have been. -

First Lite pant sizing
I am 6'3", wear a 34"-35" pants, the LT are great for early season, like XLT late season for room for long johns. Fit is amazing and comfortable IMO. -

Cipher vs Fusion
I have half and half cipher and fusion, I use fusion early and cipher late. I go for fit and functionality more than what color. I am not against using solids either here in MT. -

FL Obsidian - who has 2019 pair?
I have 3 pair in LT, I'm 6'3" and I have zero complaints on the fit, length is correct. I have a pair that is a couple years old and 2 from the past year. Great comfortable pair for me. -

Robie, I grew up in Southeatern Montana. Opening weekend isn't that bad for crowds. It is correct in saying that people do more driving roads than hunting. If you need a little help on where to go, let me know. I can help you out.
