I am a homeowner in a blue collar neighborhood in central Aurora.
Aurora, in general, is a perfectly decent place. More shit goes down in some areas than others. It is quite large, geographically. It’s a large town in a large metro area and has some of the typical large city problems.
What is...
Yeah, that’s the trick. NBC is holding on tightly to their broadcasting rights.
The only way that I’m aware of is with a subscription to PeacockTV or to watch it live on NBC.
I think we would get better data if you make a new thread/poll with multi-selectable answers of
- black (lower 48)
- grizzly/black (lower 48)
- coastal Alaska
- interior Alaska
But to answer your question:
In black bear country, yes. Grizzly bear country, no.
I ordered two items. I paid for and received the first (more expensive) item. The second item got cancelled. I requested a full refund or store credit for the value of the second item (tried to push my luck a bit). They just went ahead and refunded 50% of the more expensive item that I had...
The Mountainsmith Mountain Shelter LT has tons of room for me (6’4”), my gear, and dog. I’m not even close to touching either end. You could sleep two if you needed to.
There’s been a couple steep sales on them in the last year or two and you can usually find a used one floating for cheap.
I don’t have a ton of experience with different multitools, but for a high quality, small, light multitool, I think it would be hard to beat the SOG Powerpint. Love the one I have. I also have a bigger SOG for around the house/camp that I am also very happy with.
This was a couple years ago at about ten yards. I would have gotten more by now, but I moved out of whitetail country and I’m still trying to figure out killing these western critters with a rifle! Hope to get back into some pistol hunting before too long.
El Yucateco all day. I like the green a bit more than the red, but both are great. Spectacular to mix for a spicy mayo.
These are more like 3-4/5 for spice level, but nothing crazy. Should be able to find in a big supermarket and definitely in any place with a decent Mexican selection.
Can't give you any side-by-side comparisons but... I have the Stalker 0* long. I'm 6'4" 230. Depending on how tired I am, I can do some tossing and turning. No complaints regarding the space in the bag or the ability to get into a decently comfortable position.
This is one of the funniest threads I’ve seen in a while. And it doesn’t even have memes!
@Macintosh said all there is to say. This needs another bump.
Side walls are either 2.5 or 3’, I think. Website should have those specs.
Our record so far for the coziest camp is two couples (one queen size air mattress and two individual pads), 3 dogs (45-60lbs), a large dog crate, and stove. Almost all of our equipment/belongings stayed in the...
