CWD is extremely scary. I firmly believe people should stop hunting in areas where there have been positive tests at any point in history.

Do your homework and proceed with caution when trusting strangers on an outdoor forum. Most good ones are booked but you might get lucky. Cow hunts are a bit less risky but still plenty of guys over booking hunts with poor success rates.
I think the opposite will be true. Leos finally have clarity and the technology is easy to use so they will hold people accountable who don't do it right.
Why would any hunter who went through the effort to find a marker want to post its location for others who didn't put in the work? Once it is easy guys it won't be worth knowing...
I get you point but in most instances the land swaps will dramatically favor the private land owner. For that reason, I am against them 99% of the time.
