    Look forward to getting one, my process has gotten old. They will have to address longer cases than 300 rum in future though. Seems a simple addition to longer guide rails.

    Iosso triple action oil or boretech friction gaurd is all ya need a little of on threads. I take my cans off every time after i shoot, clean barrel/action spin it back on.

    Totally fine. Those reap rewards to have properly bedded or any rifle for that matter…Id either bed it fully or get it bedded while your at it. CA can have weak spot bedding at recoil lug yours may or may not be plus may or may not crumble in time.

    Regardless of your chosen style to zero it should give you the same results.. be it proan off a bi pod with rear bag or sitting off a bag front and rear.. i dont have a change in impact with either with any cartridge i shoot….Something else you may consider is a good shooting mat to take along...

    The ti xc i received shoots small groups, direct thread, it did move my impact maybe 3-4” cant remember, it will live on one rifle…i take it off after every session to clean barrel and it shoots same after re installing.     I do all load dev and zero off bi pod and rear bag, same set up as i carry in high country. No fancy shmancy set up thats irrelevant to your field fundamentals… if new scope or rifles newly bedded ill bore sight at a reasonable distance at house then proceed to area to shoot…validation one round...

    I caved in ordered a lti xc i thought the same about no direct thread option unless order separately. DA told me no plans to offer with a different mount so is what it is… i passed on the rearden just ordered the DA direct thread mount.

    Id say a great place to start when thinking about being content with velocity is effective pressure on your barrel and how many firings you want before a new barrel, brass life expectancy, Speed comes with consequences…..
