    If I were to pick one it would be biking, simply due to the impact of running to the body. I.E., biking is something I could do everyday. Running, for me, is not.

    viper pst question

    I am by no means an optics expert. But I do have a viper pst 4-16. As long as you remember to adjust your parallax before your shot you shouldn't be disappointed. However I haven't ever shot a super high end scope like Nightforce and the like.

    Duplex or Bikini Poll

    I have had and loved both. For me the duplex would be my choice due to the load hauling comfort. However the bikini is ridiculously comfortable and light.
