    Hunting boot recommendation under $150

    Hey guys, I'm looking for a new pair of boots 800-1000g insulation. I've always had cheaper hunting boots, $75 or less and looking for something a little better. What do you guys prefer? I would like a standard 8" lace up waterproof style boot, minimum 800 grams of insulation. Thanks!

    Thanks for all of the replies. I've been looking at the new 400 Legend that just came out, ballistic data is slightly better than a 30-30. Definitely something to consider, not sure what other manufacturers are building rifles in 400L yet besides Winchester.

    I'm working on a 200 yard load for my CVA, so I would say around 200 yards max, but most shots being closer. Budget probably under 1K for just the gun.
