Curious on the durability of Zpacks tents if a storm rolled in? Heavy winds, some snow?

I have the altaplex for solo backpacking. Same material as the duplex and it has held up well. I am not rough on gear however. Agree with Sneaky to check out some of the backpacking sites and youtube channels such as Darwin on the Trail and Homemade Wanderlust. DCF is supposed to be great under snow loads since it doesnt stretch, I would recommend Seek Outside if you are looking for winter applications because you can put a titanium stove in some of the models. Zpacks has no stove jacks in their lineup.

My Triplex has not had any difficulty with high winds and driving rain. While mine hasnt been in heavy snow, I‘m not worried about it. I think it will be fine.

Literally the strongest fabric in the universe. Zpacks has told me that they've never had a weather failure. They are guaranteed for a through hike, which is something like 180 nights in all kinds of weather, but usually "a little snow". So looks like a good fit for you.
