I left 3 messages the past few days. No results.
It beginning to be a challenge.

I just discovered my eye cups are off track and I need to send them in. I'm not hopefull for results based on this thread.

I too have been trying to contact Zen-Ray, since early September with no response. I have called weekly and emailed multiple times as well. No response. Last month the message was taken down on the phone number and now just goes directly to a recording service. Also recently noticed on the Website a message stating "Our shopping site is under construction, which will not be able to take any new order. Please check back in early 2018 for new look and function." I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and hope they make a comeback but til then I have no spotting scope. I like their glass for the money, but sure don't care for this kind of customer service.
 
I’m with you Tcross. I’ve nearly gave up on zen ray. I had to purchase another brand. I went with a van guard. So far pretty good for the money I shouldn’t have had to spend.
