Looking at picking up a zeiss v4 4-16x50mm. Wondering what reticle folks would recommend. General hunting, some longer range shot but don’t want anything that too thin for close shots in lower light as well. Anyone have the Zbi reticle?

Hello. Long time lurker, first time poster. I have three Zeiss Conquest V4s 4-16x44 with the #68 ZBi reticle. They are fantastic scopes. The crosshairs are thin enough for very precise shooting, but the design prevents them from getting lost in the background. The illumination is great. My only complaint, and it’s minor, is that they are bit on the heavy and long side. Nonetheless, I would buy them again. I have had zero problems with tracking, zeroing, etc.

Are there any mil reticles? I haven’t been able to find any for the v4

I went with #93. Haven’t shot it yet but looks like it will be a winner.

Just got mine in ZMOAi-1. I've shot a few different reticle styles and prefer the simple MOA reticles the best. Enough to measure with for long range stuff, but simple and nothing in the way when hunting.
