Zeiss V4 Mounting on Tikka T3x

I just put that exact scope on my tikka with the Zeiss low rings, clearance on the rifle is fine but if I had to move the scope substantially forward or backward, I would have clearance issues with the scope contacting the pic rail.

Has anyone used the Real Avid Level Right Pro scope mounting system? I saw a video where Newberg used it to mount a scope. Seems like a nice system. Is it better than just using the wheeler levels? I think he actually used both.
