I've had these for a few months but they haven't left the house. Only selling because I decided to go with both the 8x40s and 12x50s instead of one pair. Mint condition and includes everything in the original box. $1300 TYD

How would you say these compare to Swarovski 10X42 slc? I have the Swarovski but was considering a pair of these hoping the 50mm objective picks up a little more light at dusk.

I love the whole SFL line. I'm not an optics expert, but I really couldn't tell any difference between these and EL 42s(no experience with the SLCs). I wasn't able to use them side by side with the 42s at dusk, but I'm really happy with what I've seen so far out of the SFL 50s in low light. Larger lenses/exit pupil and similar quality glass should mean SFL 50s will perform better in low light, but don't hold me to that. I much prefer the SFL's ergonomics and focus wheel. The focus wheel is a tad touchy on the 12x(still getting used to it), but great on 10 and below.

Sorry, couldn't tell you there-haven't ever handled the Victory's. I've been told the SFLs are 90-95% of victory and Swaro performance wise but no firsthand knowledge with the high end Zeiss models. Maybe someone can chime in
