Zeiss SF 10x32 four knob moving in bino harness

I’ve tried to figure this out and no luck. Have a standard Kuiu harness. These are the only binos I’ve owned that the focus knob will move while in the harness while hiking.

Frustrating when you need a quick look and your focus is maxed out on one end. I’ve tried putting a foam piece in the harness to reduce movement of bino. Helped a bit but still does it.

Anyone find a fix for small binos in harnesses?

I have had that happen with other optics with a loose adjustment. Sometimes can stretch an o-ring around it to tension it up and ad some resistance.
