Zeiss Diascope Deal on Camofire today

I thought I would let Roksliders know there are going to be some good Zeiss optics deals on Camofire today, including the Diascope 85tFL WITH eyepiece for 42% off. Now if that is the 20-75 eyepiece, that would make the total price somewhere around $2000.

With the discount sites getting Diascopes, and European retailers listing the Diascope as "discontinued," it doesn't take a big leap of faith to guess that Zeiss has something new in spotters on the horizon.

Perhaps there will be a SHOT show announcement?

They sold out before I could see what eyepiece it came with. $1979 sounds like a good deal either way.

SWFA has a Demo B Zeiss 85 T FL straight with the 20-60 eyepiece for $1500. It the green housing if that makes a difference.

Lots of good deals on spotters lately but I seem to just miss them. Need to keep watching and be ready to pull the trigger when time comes. Any idea what Zeiss will do different on new spotter?
