Zeiss Conquest Demos...can it be beat

In the market for a new scope to go on my Kimber 280AI. Seeing the Zeiss Conquest Demos (specifically V4 4-16) I started thinking can it be beat for the price? Anything with similar specs (lighter weight, zero stop, reliability, etc) and optical quality that I should be aware of?

I get deals on certain brands (part of the common core mentioned on forums). Anyway with deals, prices are all pretty comparable to the Demos but I'm hearing a lot of grumblings particularly with Leupold lately.

I have a couple of older Zeiss Conquest scopes and I love them. When I was in the market for a new one I looked at the 4-16 vs the Leupold 3-15 and there was no contest, I liked everything about the Leupold better.
