this shelter is very appealing when you look at it coming in around 8oz, although i think it might not be big enough for some...:rolleyes:

I wouldnt waste my time on that thing that covers half your body. Not sure what that is supposed to protect you from. =-)
 
hahaha nice. Gotta love a wrestless sleeper under a tarp that just barely fits. Thats awesome!!!
 
w/o my notes in front of me it beat my gsi halulite micro dualist by about 40 seconds side by side at 5600ft.
my kovea camp 5 stove also beat the pocket rocket by around 30sec. so with the olicamp on my stove we were getting boils right at 2min at elevation
 
That's what the bivy is for! The tarp keeps the rain out of my face! On the plus side, the next night, I was totally under the tarp all night!
