Kifaru pack a First Lite Puffy. I ran up to Kifaru yesterday to pick up a couple pockets and Aron helped me sort out an issue I've been having with some collar bone pain and bruising I've been having on one side (due to an injury my left collar bone is significantly higher). I really look forward to using it even more next year and getting it truly dialed in. I can't say enough about the FL puffy. Best piece of clothing I've ever had and it feels like the sizing was made specifically for me, which is unheard of since I have a freakishly long torso and arms.

I will second Mikkel318. I love my Maven B2 9x45 upgraded from Bushnell 12x50

I bought a Kifaru AMR but it has not come in yet upgrading from an Eberlestock J107.

New Xcentric 6 bow with Tight Spot quiver, upgraded from a very old PSE Thunderflight.

First Lite Wool system upgraded from Under Armour. Still getting use to not having the bring multiple sets of clothes-the merino really doesn't carry odor.

Primus ETA express- easily cook two mountain house's worth of water fast! I like it better than a jetboil because the pot comes off and you can use multiple pots and pans.

Primus Micro Lantern- Its very bright, not sure if I want to trust this thing in a tent due to carbon monoxide poisoning and it burning the tent to the ground but I think it has its place at camp

Black Diamond Spot headlamp- love the adjustability and the white and red bulb

Bought both the FHF and AGC bino harness-Stuck with the AGC due to size of the bino, but I actually like the FHF more. I don't feel like I have Dora the explorers backpack on my chest. (only those with kids will get this reference)

Leupold RXI1000(?) Rangefinder upgraded from a friends Leupold golf range finder that he gave me. I like the TBR and the size of the new one.

Solid 100 grain broad head upgraded from Muzzy 4 blade- The Muzzy do fine, just figured with a new bow I would try a new broad head. Have not killed anything, but testing them they fly very true.

Let's hope it all comes together next week on my mule deer hunt or my wife will kill me, or worse keep calling me a "bad hunter". She doesn't realize when I am scouting I am not hunting and can't understand why I haven't brought home any meat. Seasons and laws don't make sense to her.

OP asked for ONE item not everything you bought, haha if we all did that this thread could overload the server....

Picked up some gently used Kenetrek Mountain Extreme 400 boots for a song. Worth more than every penny I paid.

I really thought the Kifaru LP Parka would be "the" item I picked up this year. It's warm, but still leaves a lot to be desired for me. If it was full zip and had a storage pocket, it would have beat out the boots.

I picked up a pair of used Swaro 10x50 SLC's and started using them on a tripod. Both of those things completely changed the game for me. I just wish those binos didnt weigh 2.5 lbs lol

Just one? Can't decide, but here is a list of my favorite new gear from 2015.

1. Darn Tough Coolmax socks. Seems to have solved my blister problem in hot weather.
2. Jimmy Tarps Down Timber Tipi. Great economical option for steep and deep solo scouting trips.
3. Ultralight pen fishing rod / reel. Under $20, compact, and light. Added trout to the menu on several trips with minimal weight/space in my pack.
4. Seek Outside Cimarron. My first "big" Tipi for 2 people. Spent a week in it by myself, and it felt like a castle.
5. Tikka T3 lite - 7mm. Rarely rifle hunt, so this was my first new big game rifle since 1995. Sub MOA accuracy off the rack and about 2lbs lighter than my trusty ole .270 Wby Mark V.
6. Hilleberg Enan. Good little solo free standing tent. Held up great in some heavy BC rain and wind, but condensation is a problem without some cross breeze.

Small item I added to my pack was a Luci inflatable LED solar light. Used it every night and morning in the tent. Worked great and never killed it on 3 hunts I used it on. Defently bring it again next season

Thats cool. Had never seen those before, but just ordered one to try out.

Changed to Northern Broad heads from Muzzys which has been great, alot more use out of one broad, smash bone all day long.

Also the Vortex Razor 65mm spotter, perfect weight and magnification for my uses, alot nicer to carry than a 80mm scope!

Kifaru hunting Frame with an AMR , large WiFi stove for the Sawtooth and some Zamberlan Sella NW boots. The very best additions for 2015 weren't gear but new friends and a dead elk in my freezer :).

For me it has to be my base layers (First Lite, Kuiu), i made the switch from Under Armour to Merino Base Layers and haven't looked back. It's helped me be much more efficient in my layering system.

Though to choose just one. Kifaru duplex and EMR II or the Mavin B1 10x42. Both are huge upgrades for me. Can't wait for next year to continue my gear collection and hitting the hills.
