Never had this issue.

By "got rid of the o-rings" you mean the rubber retaining ring, not the metal ring the clamps the blades in, right?

I have a video, but apparently I can’t upload that. The picture doesn’t show much, as it looks like it normally would, but you can easily wiggle the blades with your fingers, and tapping the the arrow shaft gives an audible rattle from the loose blades. Usually one of the three that is particularly loose. I am assuming it has something to do with my arrow, seating depth, not getting tight enough even through rotation is stopped, or who knows, because it happens to all of them. Very odd that it didn’t have this problem when they were new, or hadn’t been taken apart yet.

I shot Slick Trick Grizztricks for quite a while before going back to mechs. This was however exclusively for whitetail deer with an 80 pound bow and a max range of 40 yards. I had good luck with them in my scenario.
