Quickly becoming my favorite 6x45.

6x45 on a Defiance Classic, 18” PBB Carbon pre-fit, Manners Night Stalker. Could be shorter with a different suppressor but it’s short enough.

It is. It’s ok. I have a Peak 44 Blacktooth in hand to replace it, but I think I’m going to either return that or sell it too. I want to try out the Echelon stock. The stockys being a conventional sporter style just doesn’t have enough comb for me; I can use it well enough, but would prefer a smidge more comb. I also don’t like the smoothness of the stock, same the Peak 44, and the stocky’s bottom metal inlet doesn’t allow the factory bottom plastic to sit flush, nor does any aluminum bottom metal fit it, even those that are “drop in” replacements for the tikka bottom plastic.

So it’s just “ok”… it’s lighter than the factory stock, but not ideal for me.

Appreciate the insight. How is the trigger reach? And did you by chance get to weigh it before bolting it all together ?

I doubt I'll build another rifle longer than 20", around 18" with a can seems to be the sweet spot for me.
I have an 18" PVA .223 barrel on order for my Origin. Thinking an 18" 7 SAW is up next for the Tikka.
