you never see them, but trust me, they are around

I have seen some monster bucks in the town of Crestone. They have some hogs out there.

Are you a mailman? Or ups driver? Road crew? I've seen a nice one in someone's front yard there....I believe you 😊

retired in Saguache county, rented a house in Crestone for a year up in the Baca. High country early mulie gun tag is a great tag to get around there, take a god long range gun and optics, go up to junction of Willow Creek and Copper Creek canyons, sit and watch, there are monster mulies all over that part of the mountain, some serious Boone & Crockett contenders for sure. I live over near La Garita north of Center across the valley from Crestone now.

Why people post exact locations has always been my pet peev.

Just saw that it takes 13 years for a NR to draw!! This thread should be well buried by then. Damn, its a shame it takes that long to hunt a public area.

It'll come up on a Google search. Posting specific spots is always good for bringing in company for forever

Well they will have to be tough and resourceful and spend some serious energy getting to a place to even make a shot from. Tough area to hunt, serious steep and you have to get out of the Baca Wildlife Refuge boundries too. Big luck needed in getting a tag for that area too.

Big luck just got bigger. What was a 13yr area just got turned into a 20+

why on earth would anyone post a specific place or unit even, all that does is hurt chances of hunting it even for the others who hunt it

p.s. it not that hard people get up in the sangres all the time.
