Congrats!! Poppy was my first (a few years ago) and I made all the first time horse buyer mistakes with her (but I love her all the same, lots of work and patience and she is totally different). I have been sidelined however do to spine surgery, so I haven't been able to ride my girls (my herd grew to two Quarter horses and one Tennessee Walker).
