Yeah I was disappointed to say the least. From what I gather, the original xbolts do function better.That's a bummer. My original xbolt is the only rifle I regret selling. It was right before they went away from the Hells Canyon branding and was a tack driver. I tried the MCARBO spring. Total disaster. Spring wouldn't allow the sear to reset so it was a one shot wonder. Browning replaced the trigger spring for free. Safe to say, even if I get the xbolt 2 it will NOT have the MCARBO spring.
I've handed a couple of the xbolt 2's. They didn't feel terrible but they also don't feel amazing.
