X-bolts ?

When Inlook through the classifieds, I see few
x-bolts. Raise the question as to why
1. Not that many x-bolts sold and thus a small secondary market?
2. People like them so much, thus don't sell them?

I have one, 6.8 Western with 20 inch barrel....shoots and handles very well.

What do people think? Why some on the secondary market?

I have generally been pleased with my X-bolt in 7 PRC. Is it perfect, no, but does the job under all but extreme conditions that Form would subject it to. This site looks favorably on Tikka for reasons of reliability and aftermarket support. The X-bolt is not perceived as in the same category. Probably a decent chance that most X-bolt users either don't visit this site or don't say that they use one for varying reasons. I would suspect that you aren't going to see a lot for sale here for similar reasons.
