Yes they are....I didn't even draw an antelope tag. I didn't even know that was possible. I guess I'm 0-4 this year and will be hunting general/left over again. I guess my bad luck carried over from last year.

I know how you feel. Drew an antelope tag for 20 years straight, haven't drew one for 2 years.
