Patiently waiting for the email in the morning to see if me and my Dad got drawn this season, it’s going to be close with the points we put in with.

Ill opt for another point this year. I have a buddy who just retired and my retirement gift to him is to share my wy pronghorn points for a hunt in 2027. We will put in next year with me having 13 and him 3. Probably wont be chasing the giants like the original plan was to hunt alone but we will have a fun hunt.

was hoping these results would have surprised us and came out a little early but I guess WY has their act together and puts their results out when they say they’re gonna, more so than some other states who are more of a sh!# show (cough *Montana*) and you never quite know when they’ll show up

Look at some pictures - find characteristics that you would like the horns to have. Some like flare/width, others height, curve forward or back, like that. I care less about "record book" numbers, figure out what tickles your eye and see if you can find one like that.
