Wyo Cabin Visit

Last week I went up and spent a few days at my Wyoming cabin.

What a difference in snow from last year to this year.

Last year this time I had to snowshoe in as there was 3ft+ of snow, last week I drove in.

Nice to get up and hang out, cutting wood and hiking.
Plenty of deer around, both WT & MD, saw elk and lots of turkey. Starting to gobble in the mornings too.

Seems just the higher mountains have some decent snow pack.

Oh yeah. I have a carpentry job up in the area too so it will work out well.

People want to complain about "no snow" and in the same
breath "deer populations way down".
The deer aren't complaining.

Cool cabin. 4 hours is perfect, far enough to make a trip out of it but not so far to deter you from making quick runs.
