First off welcome to Rokslide! Great forum here for sure.
It's not that they don't want to help, but that's a pretty open ended question... For example, I could say "You should hunt the SE part of WY". But that may not help you very much because I don't know if you're after deer, elk, antelope, cougars, wolves, bear, moose, goat (see where this is going?)...etc
Also people are a bit more hesitant to help a guy with a very low post count and no introduction. Also it seems as though you haven't done any research on Wyoming yourself. My advice is to start looking into harvest stats for the state and species your looking at, then start studying how the draw system works or if the units your interested in are OTC. Once you do a bit of research and narrow down your area to a few units, I'm sure guys will be much more inclined to give you a few tips.
