I suppose if a fella has the money to blow, he might as well I suppose. Unfortunately for me, I don’t typically have the money just laying around even for the pricing of resident licenses. I generally agree, though. I’d rather not give my money interest free to ANY government entity any earlier than I have to. Nothin’ but a thing I suppose.
