WY fee increase, DOA

Unfortunately it seams likely this bill will be re-introduced under the house this year if there is time.

There was talks during the senate vote of it being unconstitutional with being presented through the senate and it needed to go through the house and one senator made the Comment that if they voted it down now there was still time to run it through the house.

Hopefully not but there sounds like there is a chance. I can post the link to the video if anyone is interested.
