WY elk tag... Region F deer tag?

Feel free to share your opinion. If one were to draw an elk tag in the NW corner, would a region F deer tag be worth having? I'd only be burning 1 point to get the deer tag. I would exert little effort to fill it, but the opportunity at a decent buck is always there.
