Wy- can you exchange regional tags after the drawing? (NR this yr/ res next yr. )

Called Sheridan, no answer. So Ill asks you guys. If I draw a region tag for deer, but want to hunt in another region could I exchange it before the hunt begins? Why I ask is the area I would really like to get to know is about a 4-4.5 hr drive one way, but I don't know how this year will go for having the time to scout. My thought process is to put in for the region I want, and I have 2 NR PP so I will draw that. But if I cant got scout and spend weekends I would like to bowhunt/get to know the Big Horns. And our region doesn't sell out. Long winded, but there it is. Your thoughts

I am pretty sure the answer is no, you can not swap Deer Region licenses.

On Tuesday morning (May 28) call 307-777-4600 and ask
