WTT/WTS Easton Rimrock 1p Tent like new

I've got a barely used Easton Rimrock single man backpack tent that I would like to trade for a Mountainsmith Mountain Shelter LT. or sell for $100 shipped.

You can find pics and details of the Easton tent at the link below. The tent was only used on a two day early season elk hunt. It's never been in the rain and is in great condition. It fits one guy and gear no problem, and the added cover from the rain fly gives you more space to store gear out of the weather.

I should mention I switched out the stakes that came with it and have MSR groundhog stakes instead.

Someone has to have a mountainsmith LT laying around, or wants this tent for a base/spike camp.
