Unfortunately I just need something more heavy duty for my camera and 9/10 times will be lugging my normal tripod anyway.

At 7.5oz, this is about as ultralight as it gets.

Here’s a photo of the one trip I used it on for Barbary here in NM. Was really solid for glassing, zero issues. Locks onto black diamond trekking pole tips the best, with no slop or play in the ferrules
