Picked this up as a refurbished unit from a sporting goods retailer.
There is a very small wear mark/blemish in the finish of the focus dial. The ocular lens has a few almost non-visible marks that you would have to look extremely hard under light to find. Overall, this piece is in very good condition. Find yourself an inexpensive body and you'll have a great set up at a discounted price.
I have not used this eyepiece since I purchased it.
I have the same eyepiece on my ATS and am pretty impressed with the field of view.
