This tent is in excellent condition. No tears or rips. Has been a great setup. Sleeps 3-4 comfortably with base-tarp-base setup. If you run base-base setup it makes a nice 1-2 man tipi. Stove pipe jack is cut in base piece so you can run hot tent with big or small setup. Comes with a medium titanium stove and pipe. Also comes with trekking pole hitch straps so you can use your trekking poles for tent poles to save weight, works awesome! This tent is very versatile and has worked awesome. Honestly no complaints. $800
