Most people probably don’t know, but using PayPal goods and services for anything related to guns will not get covered by PayPal if there is an issue. Furthermore, if you file a claim with PayPal and tell them it was a scope, they will ban both of the accounts and keep any funds that are in the accounts... What I typically do, is pay friends and family then fund the purchase with my credit card instead of my bank account. Then I at least have the coverage from my CC company. If you do it this way, you the purchaser eat the CC fee though.
