Had an issue with my old model not keeping suction when sealing, foodsaver warrantied it and this is the replacement. Never opened, brand new still in the package!
This is a higher end model, typically about $200, I think I paid $250 when I bought it a few years back. Would just like to get back my sunk cost back from the replacement I had to buy in September to process a few animals while waiting for this warranty to get filled.
