Hi all, doubt this is the best place to ask but why not.

Have been having issues with my 2011 f150 for years now off and on.

Warning: service advance track, abs failure, brake failure

Feeling: Pedal gets very odd feeling and clicks/pulses as abs fails.

When: when it’s hot outside, stop and go traffic, long periods of holding the brakes (in drive through line etc) when you slam on the brakes (ie, when you need them)

Over the course of this issue (years intermittently) I’ve had my brakes serviced, I’ve had the whole front brakes replaced(caliper seized) I’ve had this specific issue diagnosed 3 times and twice they came back with right rear speed sensor failure where code reader showed its transmission going all over the place, once they couldn’t make the damn thing fail.

I’m at my whits end. I don’t want a new truck, I have a paid off truck, but I can not keep driving my kids around in a vehicle that might not stop.

Any ideas? My mechanic just keeps plugging in a code reader and throwing speed sensors at the damned thing. Total waste of money

If it matters, 2011 5.0 6 speed 4x4 267k miles
