WTS 12’x12’ Alaknak Tent

I’ve had thebtent about 10 years and used it one 3 trips to Colorado.tent is in good condition. Had one small pin hole from an ember by the stove that I fixed with tenacious tape. Comes with all the poles, ropes, and stakes.

THE BAD NEWS: IT DOES LEAK. I cannot find any holes so I’m thinking it’s leaking along the seams up toward the peak, or rain is coming in through th vents at the peak. I tried to seam seal it but don’t think I did a very good job. Last year I just draped a tarp over it as a rain fly and stayed completely dry inside.

I’d like to get $450 for it with the buyer paying the PayPal fees and split the shipping. I will be coming to Southern Colorado, Pagosa Springs area, around the middle of September and can bring it with me to save on the shipping expense. You could easily get three cots in it and could probably do 4. Most I’ve had was two XL cots and an air mattress
