WTB WTB - Bowtech Reign 7 limbs

Anyone got any 70lb limbs laying around in good condition?

I’ve had 2 warranty replacements in the last 6 months. Each has been a black generic set of bowtech 70lb limbs (didn’t say Reign) and each has lasted less than 50 shots and splintered. While they were a free warranty replacement, wishing I’d kept the stock limbs as they just had a slight ding and never splintered.

That’s really weird. I got a set replaced by bowtech because my originals had splinters. The replacement set has been bulletproof! Did you get your directly from BT?

My 3rd set of replacements splintered last week with less than 50 shots on them after coming back from the Bowtech factory. I’m pulling 70lb with a 30 1/2 draw, so it’s close to being maxed out. If I pulled less with a shorter draw, I’d bet they’d be fine.

Just FYI. I Franken-bow my Reign. I put BT mag limbs in it. I shoot it at 77lbs to keep my broad head flight around 289 fps but it’ll go up to 85lbs or so. Pretty sure u can use the BTx, bt-mag. I’ve got a screenshot of the deflection charts somewhere. But I love my bow with this limbs. I’m keeping the reign 70# limbs for when I sell it. Just food for thought, you could go that route and back your limb bolts out to keep your tune and save poundage.
