Would you buy this scope?

We are glad you all are so excited for this product and just want to clarify that this product WILL be available worldwide. ZeroTech USA is working hand in hand with Shoot2Hunt and our Australian sister company as well as our global distributors. Expect to be able to buy the worlds best hunting scope in nearly every corner of the globe.

So I know this might not be an answerable question and that's totally fine. But...

In the podcast they said the optical quality being LOW's best will be comparable to scopes in the 1800-2k range, but can you give an example of any particular scopes you think this compares to optically?

I'm gonna buy one (reticle still undecided as the THLR is still confusing to me. Ebr 7c works with my brain so far) but if I have things I can compare to in the mean time, I might budget for 2!

Expecting them to get to other markets in the first run? Aus is awfully close to us in NZ but Id love to end up with a couple being we get raked over the coals for the Mavens and all my other suitable options run pretty spendy.

Your decent price optic reminds me of Tikkas. Does everything required well for a fair price therefore owns the market. Down here in NZ Id hate ro know what percent of the market they own.

We get it- you got your 10 posts in record time. Now you can get into the classifieds and send PMs.

I'm interested to see a size comparison pic of this scope alongside an RS1.2, it looks like its a decent bit more compact

Thinking I'll keep the Maven on my Ruger M77 and put this new ZeroTech on my Howa Mini 223 🤔

The Maven is ludicrously large imo. Pretty much anything is smaller (except a Tenmile, for which the product name also aptly describes the product length)
That and the eye relief on the Mavens massive exaggerating how poorly it fits mini/short actions. Shit most people have them miles forward on Tikkas even. I do like my few plenty enough but i found on the VGs short LOP meant the Maven wouldn't work well on the Mini. The current one uses a Pic Rail so that helped get the rings forward.

Roksliders, Shoot2Hunters, Romans, countrymen, my fellow Americans (you get the gist), we at ZeroTech want to thank you all for your overwhelming response to this project! We know S2H has been trying to make this happen for a long time and we are honored to take part in this project and bring to market something that people are clearly so incredibly passionate about! We have lots of big plans for this and other things in the future and will do everything in our power to educate and assist in bringing this scope, the test, and future projects to light.

We are all committed to doing this the right way and as Form has mentioned multiple times, not cutting corners. We're gonna do our best to keep up with answers on here but you guys have a lot to say so you'll have to apologize us if we don't get to all of them in a timely manner. In the meantime stay tuned here, on S2H's media channels, and ZeroTech's media channels. Timelines may vary but the important thing is the scope you have all been waiting for is VERY REAL and is HAPPENING. Everything else is just fluff!
Welcome to the party! However, your gonna have to work on your Aussy accent…I’m not getting much of it from your posts…LMBO

Thanks for jumping in and tackling the problem.

ZT.....Welcome to Rokslide. Glad you are here and we are all really really looking forward to this scope and to what the future holds. BIG thank you to your willingness to take on this risk and opportunity.
And good luck with the rokslide crowd on this thread......they can be tough.😁

Randy

For reference this scope compares to the Leupold MK5 3.6-18x44 in weight & length.

With my face I was able to put it all the way forward and add a 1" buttpad to the Rokstok. Add that to the list of the "do this, this and this" and it works great.

Probably because I am an American haha

ZeroTech USA and ZeroTech Australia are sister companies. We have our own team here, while we work hand in hand with our Aussie brethren, we are our own entity and not just a distributor as some here have thought
