Would you buy this scope?

Hadn’t thought of that! Spec that thing with the rights threads on both ends and I’m back on board.

Wait ... what?

You're not interested in this scope for what it provides, but you would be if it was threaded to take Leupy end caps. That's the gosh-durndest ...

Never mind. Your choices ...

It outgrew my interest. Maybe the next one. It is baffling that no one even gets close to the quality and function of the Leupold caps.

Yes, sounds great (pending price). I haven't found an FFP reticle that is ideal for dark timber, close range, lowlight hunting. As a result, I tend to stick with SFP. For me, 400+ yard shots tend to be the exception, and not the norm. And I dial for distance vs. holdover anyway. Just bought a Vortex Viper 3-15x44 VMR3 with custom turret for $500 on black Friday, can't wait to mount it and shoot with it!

I heard Jake on the Mindful Hunter Podcast confirm the scope would be at Shot Show, and he said the price is gonna be $999. Is there any timeline on when it could be available for purchase?

Follow up question to this. If the scope will be (or is likely to be) at shot show in January, would it potentially be at the SLC Expo in February?

I was kinda considering going, would consider more seriously if so.

Recent S2H podcast jake mentioned they’d have a scope at the expo. Not sure if that’s the prototype that’ll be on display or what.
