Would you buy this scope?

This scope is useless without a 50-inch bull moose bracket. Well maybe not useless, but that feature alone would sell a lot of scopes to residents, and those who are planning to hunt AK.

FFP on any zoom setting:
50" @ 100yd = approx 13.8mil
50" @ 200yd = approx 9.2mil
50" @ 300yd = approx 4.6mil
50" @ 400yd = approx 3.4mil
50" @ 500yd = approx 2.8mil
Etc

For my hunting camp we would need a bracket for a healthy 7" wide "11 point" mule deer.

I step away from the ‘slide for a few months and the mad scientists start homebrewing a scope that ticks all the boxes…I hope it lean towards the 44mm objective size, zero concern about the projected weight increase or magnification range.

Godspeed gents, I look forward to seeing what shakes out when the prototypes arrive. Count me in if it meets the performance standards.

Thanks for the cliff notes on the podcast, that is about as an ideal set of specs as a guy could ask for. One more reason to support the community here and be grateful for the entrepreneurial nature of this country 🇺🇸

There was a lot if talk about not hating Leupold on thar podcast where they gave the overall specs
For sure, I heard the same thing. I guess my question was more along the lines of does leupold have an existing relationship with LOW, and again not being argumentative….just curious as I don’t know.

My understanding is that all Leupold rifle scopes are made in Oregon. Binoculars are made in China and Japan, so on scopes, the answer would be no on LOW.

Any updates when we can order, where and how to order? I skimmed the 2 most recent pages and followed initially for a ways. Didn’t hit the middle or have a chance to follow around the various info platforms like podcasts, IG, etc.

Not released as of yet. Pretty sure they said 4th quarter in a recent podcast.

Yes. I’ll take 2. My Father-In-Law and other hunting friends would likely take buy at least one apiece.
