How did I miss this thread?

Short answer is yes. That is exactly what I have asked for the last few years. Even sent a description and a reticle design a couple years ago to a manufacturer of decent scopes. Can’t hurt….

My only pause is $$. You did not specify a dollar amount but others suggested some prices. There are limits as to what I can afford. I would likely have to pass at $1500. Just reality. The concept is spot on though.

I'd only buy it if it has a big fuggly logo on each side, as well as something gaudy around the objective and ocular. Eagles, flames and the American flag are acceptable.
If it's not cerakoted Rokslide green or MAGA red then I'm not interested.

Hey, what's with the S2H logo for some members here? The Rokslide version of Social Credit Rating?

Maybe put that logo on for people, if they have the quals 🤣

I'd start with at least 3 to swap out my fixed 10s on the Kimber krew. Probably swap out the 3-9s too just for the capped windage tbh. I had my windage get spun while rifle was strapped to my pack last year and I'll never be the same 🤣

I will say that the waiting game for any stock, scope, etc worth buying is frustrating so actual availability would be a big deciding factor.

Cant decide if I should wait on this or what SWFA is about to come out with (?) or just get a maven RS1.2 now for $960 with my discount???
I love everything about the Maven except the weight since it's just going on a Tikka 223

FWIW Maven has returned mine and a buddies orders 3x when trying to purchase with a discount. Still in stock on the main website, no obvious reason. Just get an email with a return credit invoice saying order was unable to be processed. I understood the confusion with the SHR-MIL limited stock, but he recently said screw it and ordered MOA and they did it again. Hope you have better luck if you go that route.

Well that's pretty shitty.
I want to try and see what happens but I'm agonizing over if I should or not. Lol

Between what this thread suggests, whatever SWFA has coming, and any other potential new year announcements, I would definitely wait to see how it plays out. Unless there is something out there that ticks all your boxes, now seems a bad time to buy.

I have told myself to not buy any scopes until after Black Friday (SWFA) and Shot Show (NF, Trijicon, Maven, RokScope, etc) in the hopes that something with less compromises is released. We'll see how long I can hold out...
