It won’t be a bow hunt because I am typically chasing black bears in Wisconsin for the month of September.

What zone do you run hounds in Wisconsin? I struck out in A a couple years back hunting over bait. I’m a bow hunter at heart, but I love bird hunting with dogs too. I think I’d do bait for my kids first hunt, and try to do dogs for my next go around.

I hunt in zone A for bears with hounds and as a group we usually have a 4-7 tags.

Agreed we saw the best we have ever seen in the USA just to be thrown into the trash but do your due diligence and find the best hunt for those points
