Lots of justified country bashing in this thread, and I don't disagree with any of it - but just wanted to highlight a couple country artists who have been putting out consistently great music the past couple years! If you hate country based on what's the radio, give Tyler Childers, Sturgill Simpson, or Midland a try.
Not the point of the thread, but coming from an ex-country music hater, these guys are some of my favorite artists now

As a born and raised Georgian, I do not consider him to have ever been "country" despite what he tries to portray

As for my taste in "country music", my #1 station on Pandora is Ryan Bingham radio. Has Sturgill and Childers and the like....
