What angle do you all use and why? Just curious to see if everyone use the same or not.

Most knives I run at 25 depending on the profile

There is a guide in your instructions, I would say it is pretty good, based on my experience

I saw the guide but just seeing if there was a big difference between people. If so, what was the reason. I might go for something not quite as sharp but last longer. Or if different angles are used for certain jobs. Just picking brains...

I go 20 degree. Little less durable, but a little sharper.
