Keep my feet warmer

I’m sure you’ll get as many answers as replies and I believe that is is a personal thing as we are different in our wants and needs.
I personally use Darn Tough socks.
I have a couple pair of their over the calf, heavyweight hunting socks.
They are merino wool and have an unconditional lifetime guarantee.
I wore mine all last season, and they look like new.
There is my favorite

I always had problems with cold feet. I went with quality battery powered socks and never looked back. I have a pair of Gerbing sock liners but lately I’ve been using mobile warming merino wool blend. I don’t hike long distance so can’t speak to how they work for that.
Check out the Warming Store on line for lots of choices.

I've owned several brands, some very cheep in price, some expensive, both have been good and bad. The 2 biggest take aways I can say that contribute to a good sock are these things, first 70+% merino wool, and the second is the small the gaps on size for the for the better. Sock men's size 7-12 fits like garbage, sock size 8-10 will fit a lot more true.

I also vouch for darn toughs, in their tactical line they have varying thicknesses and I have some super thick ones that keep my feet warm while I'm hiking around

Darn Tough or Minus33 are both top notch socks that I use for the coldest days while hunting WV in November and December.

I haven't tried them but have heard Farm to Feet make a top notch wool sock.

I wear wool socks year round. Off season is the time to figure out what I like and try different socks in daily rotation. But I don't pull out my coldest weather hunting socks for daily wear. I bag them up and set them aside off season so I don't wear them out.
