Honestly that one mistake/auto correct made your whole post hilarious lol. The last couple sentences especially! I had a good laugh this morning for that, thank you!

So, lets just say my friend has a Eurasian collared dove making a lot of noise outside his bedroom early in the morning...

Great bird. Lot more meat on it than a Mourning Dove. Shoot ‘em, lay them on thier back for a picture, just say doves, and the internet police on here swallow hook, line, and sinker. Hilarious!

I am willing to bet he is pounding his head on your house for a reason. A friend of mine had the same problem, found out shortly after he had termites.

We had northern flickers peck at the holes in our cedar siding. We slipped steel sheets of metal in the holes. It did help. But at the same time we really enjoyed those flickers. My daughter called them 'mustache birds'
