Womens (or SM Mens) Fishing Vest

I'd like to get my wife a nice fishing vest. I have an Orvis one that is pretty nice. It has the typical pockets for a few fly boxes and some other junk. The nice thing is that it has a little backpack pouch about the size of a Camelbak that you can put lunch, some water, and a sweatshirt in. It's good for day trips and some hiking.

The womens fishing vest selection pretty much sucks. Any out there that I'm missing?

She is pretty tiny. A very small mens vest may work.

Maybe look into some of the slings . Orvis , fishpond or simm's would be were i would start .
